PhD Student Sponsorship

INQA will be offering a limited number of travel grants to help PhD students attend AQC 2025. The deadline for this scheme is April 15th 2025 (in the United Kingdom).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before March 13, 2025 receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received between March 14 and May 1 will receive a 50% refund less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 1, 2025.
All refund requests must be made in writing by email to registration@housing.ubc.ca.
AQC 2025 regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
