Submissions

The due date for submissions has been extended to April 28th, 2025 (Vancouver, Pacific Time). 

• All submissions made by April 15 have been reviewed by the AQC 2025 Local Steering Committee. Review results were sent by email to all applicants on April 23. Accepted submissions will receive prioritization when building the conference programme. 
• Abstracts submitted between April 15 and April 28 will be reviewed at a later date and entered into the conference programme only if time and space permit. No abstracts will be accepted after April 28.
• All presenters are required to register for the conference.

Accessibility

We encourage all participants to make any presentations accessible to all audiences. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Use of large fonts
• Use of colour-blind friendly text
• Recognition of a diversity of backgrounds and experience-levels
• Use of microphones as a matter of course (or repeating an unamplified question into a microphone)
